Looking back on it, Nami’s old design is a million times better than whatever we have now. Same can be said for Chopper, Franky, and the story as a whole after Marineford in general. Post timeskip One Piece is good and definitely has some of the best peaks, but it’s missing the charm old One Piece had that made me fall in love with it. If One Piece started with the serious vibe and feel that post timeskip has, I don’t think I’d ever get into it.
