Babies and toddlers don’t need a ton of protein - they really need healthy fats & carbs to grow and give them energy!! Give her cheese, yogurt, pasta, bread, and lots of fruit!

my 2yos weight plateaued for nearly 8 months, then she randomly shot up in height and gained 3kg in a couple months. it all works out in the end 🫶

My girls always get to a certain weight and stick to it for so long!!! Then they finally grow and the cycle starts again haha

My daughter is 10 and the size of a 6 year old. She’s not even on any of the growth charts. But she is growing so the dr isn’t worried about it. We’ve done all the things bone scan endo visit and she can do growth hormone but she doesn’t want to and I’m ok with that

Omg my daughter too! I’ve been so worried about her weight, she weighs 20-21 lbs and she’s turning 2 at the end of November. She just doesn’t gain weight, she picks and chooses what she wants to eat 😭 has me stressed!!
