We make a very similar version of this! We had the Porky Fig at Dewey’s pizza in St Louis about 10 years ago and have been making it ever since! I am now going to try it with Ricotta. 🔥🔥

I made this pizza a couple of weeks ago the fig preserve or jam or jelly I had to substitute with fig butter because that’s what I found. But the rest of everything was exactly the same and it is an amazing pizza.

That looks amazing! I'm gonna try cooking the arugula like that. When I've gotten arugula on pizza at a restaurant they always put it on the top raw after the pizza is cooked
