My first order was eight cans I got four cans of the salmon too with vegetables too with quinoa, I’ve never had quinoa before I absolutely love it! And I got two of the rainbow trout again too with quinoa and two with vegetables, the rainbow trout had skin on it, I cannot stand skin on any fish, by the time I skinned it there wasn’t much trout left, but a few bites of trout and either the veggies and the quinoa were good! I highly suggest and recommend the salmon over the rainbow trout, that is just my personal preference in opinion, I will definitely order more of the smoked salmon, it was skinless and boneless and delicious! They can keep their trout with the skin on it… but to each his own

Now there’s a doctor that’s saying a natural doctor is saying that any orals are bad for you even olive oil. That was a hard thing to hear being Italian and cook with olive oil all the time and grow up on it, but he claims that oils are all not good because they are oils that are used for other things. Sardines in oil or water only will last like 20 years. Added additives could kill the life span. Don’t get me wrong it does taste fantastic, but the shelf life is not there
