one time a bar tender yelled at me because i paid with cash and panicked, i handed her the exact amount first so she could process it and then i was going to grab the tip, but before i could grab the tip she screamed “WHAT YOU DONT TIP YOUT BARTENDER” as i had my hand in my wallet grabbing more cash

One time I ordered a coffee with oat milk and when the guy angrily handed it to me he said “oatmilk tastes like shit” or something like that. Sorry my stomach can’t handle dairy or soy 😭😭

the green tea would have gotten the same reaction. I swear all bar tenders just wanna pour beers and shots in a dive bar where everyone is afraid to order a good drink. I like cosmos, strong but tasty I usually only end up needing one

For people in the comments saying it’s a common drink. Sure. But if there’s a crazy line at the bar you should not be ordering complicated drinks. It’s like everyone forgot the rules of the bar or were never taught. Not sure what the situation was here but that’s my guess.

as a bartender with 10 years of experience, most people will complain that the lemon drop you made for them is wrong....... no matter what you make... it's wrong and they're gonna complain. Ordering a lemon drop tells me what kind of customer you are
