Chop the vegetables and cut the turkey into bite-sized pieces. 2. Season the turkey and shrimp. 3. Shallow-fry the turkey until browned and partially cooked. Cook the shrimp until pink, then set aside. 4. Saute the onions, carrots and bell peppers. Add garlic, ginger, habanero and seasoning. 5. Add the turkey and shrimp back in. 6. Pour in the sauce mixture and a little water. Simmer until thickened and the chicken is fully cooked. 7.
