At the same time, we are also receiving notifications through both email and SMS. I personally tried cancelling one of my friend’s Qatar Airways tickets, and the system required OTP verification before allowing me to proceed with the cancellation. After the cancellation was completed, we received both an email and an SMS confirming the cancellation, along with the refund amount and the applicable cancellation fee. So, how could this have happened in this particular case? I believe we need to investigate this matter carefully and find out what exactly happened.🤔🤔🤔

Dear fazlu, the airline is doing fraud. One of my friends ticket was cancelled by airline and he received an email from airline . He requested for refund. He got a msg it’s under process . After few days the airline reinstated airline service. My friend again called airline and asked for the refund status. They record it. My friend booked another airline. He received a refund but deducted almost the amount he received only less amount. He rechecked with airline . What they are saying is that my friend initiated the cancel and requested refund!!! He had raised a complain with airline with email proofs , but no reply this now.
