One Pot Oreo Brownies🍫🧡 These brownies are super simple and easy to make, perfect for beginners who want a fun twist on a classic! Wet ingredients: 1/2 cup butter (113g) 1/4 cup oil (55g) 3/4 cup granulated sugar (150g) 1/3 cup brown sugar (67g) 1/3 cup chocolate chips (I used milk) (60g) 1/4 cup +2 tbsp cocoa powder (36g) 2 large eggs, room temp 1/2 tbsp vanilla extract Dry ingredients: 3/4 cup ap flour (98g) 1/2 tbsp cornstarch 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp baking powder 1/3 cup chocolate chips 7 chopped Oreos + more for top 1.) In a pot combine the butter, sugars and oil then heat over medium heat until the butter is completely melted and the mixture is homogeneous (Stirring continuously). Then lower the heat and whisk in the cocoa powder and chocolate chips until the chocolate chips are completely melted, and remove from the heat 2.) Once cooled until room temp whisk in the eggs, vanilla, cornstarch, baking powder and salt. Lastly fold in the flour and chocolate chips and Oreos then pour into an 8x8 pan and bake at 325F for 28-35 minutes preferably use a internal thermometer and it reaches a internal temp reaches 190F 3.) Preferably cool completely before enjoying or eat while warm. Enjoy 🫶 **Tips/info: - I usually always use cold butter from the fridge there’s no need to bring it to your room temp in this recipe since it all gets heated up on the stove - I prefer using milk chocolate chips in my brownie batter - The baking powder gives the brownies a slight lift so that they’re not so heavy, it doesn’t make a cakey brownie! - I use unsweetened cocoa powder #honeybakes2 #bakingrecipe #oreo #brownies #halloween
