Thank you Mary, you are amazing truly. You explain so brilliantly. There are many “coaches” out there teaching stuff that can be so confusing, but then again I guess even with those other people everyone is right in their own state of consciousness so perhaps I cannot fault them but it’s like damn, you could really ruin someone’s life teaching this stuff when you don’t even fully know what you’re saying, you know what I mean ? Lol. Like I had a coach long ago tell me physical pain is coz you’re guilty about something and you’re going the wrong way in life, it’s a sign of stubbornness and the inability to give in (I had physical pain at the time), it really, really messed with my head for a long time and actually developed OCD because of this, but anyways, I am choosing to let go of all that, no point holding it
