As someone who has an apron belly from pregnancy, these are tummy smoothing. They do roll. Not the best for yoga, but decent for a workout. Booty band adhesive will come up if you dry them with heat. I love the buttery feel of the material on these leggings, but the bands are definitely irritating. I finally snipped the bands out & just wear them without.
