Banks don't have a legal right to just take a person's money or freeze unless it's fraud or over draft fees etc. but never retaliation they have to follow their guidelines.

Yeah no! You could EASILY get all your incoming money into a new banking facility! Sounds like there is some type of tax debt, and or other types of garnishment against you! Banks don’t just up and do things like this WITHOUT some type of cause!

truist bank is a joke. take your money to truliant credit union. truist has been known to take people's money and close accounts. heard it too many times about truist. they only want your money.

WOW!! I’m glad to know I’m not the only one after 20+ years!! They close my account after somebody got me for over $1000 and I turned it in to the fraud department!

They were originally Sun trust and slowly took money from me I caught them and closed my account. They literally said “try to prove it”

they tried to pull a fast one on my aunt! said the deposit from a home sale settlement was fraud and froze her accounts! she had to take them to court. it was over a year before she could touch the money that was rightfully hers!
