Here's the full build of an AI that works inside your marketing tools, with your team approving every piece in Slack. Example company (fictional): a small backpack brand with a marketing team of three in Slack. They have 12,000 subscribers in Kit, a WordPress blog, Google Analytics and an Airtable content calendar, and they're launching a new bag. Part 1: Onboard it The handbook. Claude Code in a folder. CLAUDE.md holds who you are, who you sell to, how you sound, banned words and the rules. Next to it sits a brand folder: logo, colors, fonts, real product photos, and your best emails. Tags are sticky notes on subscribers. A link click tags people, and a Kit rule starts a sequence. Cold subscribers (no opens in 90 days) go into a win-back sequence. A skill (a saved playbook with your HTML template and photos) writes the launch email in your voice and builds it in Kit as a draft. It never sends. The unsubscribe link and mailing address live in the template, because that's the law. 5. Blog (WordPress). A blog skill writes the post, uploads the image, adds internal links and a signup form, then saves it as Pending. 6. Video ads, no editor. Train one AI creator in Higgsfield (about 20 photos, about 3 minutes). Marketing Studio pulls your product page and makes the ads. Ads with no person get built in code with HyperFrames. Rules: label every AI person; your AI creator never poses as a customer (fake testimonials are illegal under FTC rules); size claims get filmed for real. Part 3: Let it run 7. Put it in the cloud. Put the employee's folder on GitHub and turn it into routines: Claude Code running in the cloud on a schedule, with the same handbook, skills and connectors (they live in your Claude account). Your laptop can be closed. Each routine can also get its own web address, so another tool can wake it up. 8. Sign-off (n8n + Slack). n8n gets its own keys, plus a Slack bot with interactivity so the buttons work in Slack. Every "Needs approval" row gets posted with Approve / Request changes buttons. Approve: n8n schedules it in Kit, WordPress and Blotato, with the AI label on. Request changes: n8n saves the note on the calendar row and calls the revise routine at its web address. Claude Code wakes up in the cloud, reads the note, makes a new take in Higgsfield through the same connector, and sends version two back to Slack. Numbers. Kit adds UTM tags to every email link, a return address so Google Analytics knows what sent each visitor. Every Monday, n8n pulls Google Analytics, Search Console, Kit and Blotato and wakes the report routine. The employee writes the report, and every fix it proposes needs approval. This is how AI actually gets used today: it does the drafting, tagging, scheduling and reporting, and your team keeps every decision. #aiautomation #aiemployee #claudecode #n8n
