Real-life Pokemon washed up on the beach, its power, stealing its opponents powers! Legit tho! they are blue dragon sea slugs and they eat bluebottles among other poisonous jellyfish which is why you often see them washed up together. They are adorable, but I wouldn't touch them as they use the toxins from the poisonous jellyfish that they eat as their own defence.
