it's hard I know how it is. I have depression and anxiety people do know until they go through it. it hurts bad. I don't know what's happening to your life but I feel like I'm not strong or what to be anymore cuz the harder I try it gets worse. but me I have 3 boys to worry about I try to stay strong for them. everyday I walk on eggshells with their dad it gets hard where I just don't know if I'm coming or going. want ever it is your not alone.
