When I was a barista people used to comment on how good my coffees were. I learnt from a Chinese lady who obsessively cared about the milk but didn't care so much about the coffee as well as a Greek man who obsessively cared about the coffee but didn't care so much about the milk. I combined what I learnt from both of them lol
