Almost like these places aren’t built for car heavy traffic and instead should be public transit heavy like every other major city/ tri-state area in the world. They stuck a bunch of highways and roads in places with too many people instead of focusing on non car travel. If the cities was more walkable and transit oriented then less people will be on the road. Win for everyone including drivers
