![You finally realize your life isn’t as empty as your mind made it feel. There will always be something wrong. But there will always be something right too. The problem? We often give 90% of our attention to the 10% that’s going wrong. Islam teaches us something incredibly powerful: “If you are grateful, I will surely increase you [in favor].” — Qur’an 14:7 Gratitude doesn’t mean ignoring pain. It means refusing to let pain erase your awareness of your blessings. Try this tonight: 5 things you’re grateful for. 5 minutes reflecting on your day. 5 positive things you can say about your life instead of constantly complaining. Your circumstances may not change overnight. But your relationship with those circumstances can. And that can change everything. Comment “5” if you’re starting a gratitude journal tonight. #gratitudetoallah #mindsetshiftoftheday #disciplinedmindsets #selfimprovementtips #islamicreminderdaily](/video/cover/7674682669753584926.webp)
