I had a state trooper try to pull this. I blew 0 and then they wanted to do a field sobriety that’s when I produced my badge from the sheriffs dept and that put it to and end

In my state you can, only if they caused death or injury in an accident. Then you apply for search warrant and get the blood. Courts have deemed your blood is protected evidence, unless exigent circumstances.

They can if the BAC doesnt match the level of impairment that the officer observed because drugs could be what is causing the impairment… and a person will blow .000 if they are driving under the influence of drugs.
