The power of starting a conversation is powerful. But the conversation is only the beginning. The bigger question is: Do people actually feel SAFE enough to have it? That’s what I focus on in my Love Your Mind workshops and presentations. I don’t just stand in front of a room and tell people to “check in on a mate” or “start a conversation.” I create an environment where people can understand why we struggle to speak, what happens in our brains when we’re under pressure, how to recognise the warning signs, and what we can actually do next. Because awareness without action leaves a gap. My workshops combine real-world experience, neuroscience-informed learning and a practical framework that gives people tools they can take away and use in their workplace, their relationships and their own lives. And for organisations, this isn’t simply a motivational presentation. It can be the beginning of a real workplace mental-health capability — helping people become more confident having the conversations that can otherwise be avoided. The goal is simple: Start the conversation. Create safety. Build connection. Know what to do next. Because sometimes the conversation someone needs isn’t about asking: “Are you okay?” It’s about creating an environment where they feel safe enough to answer honestly. If you’re looking for a mental-health workshop or presentation for your workplace, team or organisation, send me a DM or comment “MIND” and let’s have a conversation. #mentalhealthsupport #workshop #corporate #MentalHealth #resilience
