📍 GHENT-CITADELPARK Kaiju is a new Asian fusion sharing concept in Ghent. It brings together Chinese, Japanese, Vietnamese and Thai influences in carefully balanced dishes, without ever feeling messy. From dumplings and spring rolls to crispy fried chicken and refined beef tartare, everything is designed to be shared and explored. Kaiju combines a clear gastronomic vision with an urban and modern setting. The kitchen has already been recognized by Le Fooding and received a Gault & Millau HIP distinction for its innovative approach. The name Kaiju, Japanese for giant monster, like Godzilla, reflects the bold, daring and unforgettable dining experience, big in flavor, impact and atmosphere. The restaurant is located inside the stylish JAM Hotel Ghent, housed in a former military building. The interior of Kaiju is colorful, edgy and full of character. The unique tables and chairs immediately catch your eye and add to the vibrant atmosphere. Open for both lunch and dinner, Kaiju is a place where sharing is central and every visit feels like a discovery. Prices for sharing dishes are between €10 and €16.
