cheers for the shout out mate much apreciated. but just a fyi for the know it all in the comments we do keep shimms we just had a heap of wheel alignmets this week needing shimms and ran out friday we are getging more on monday 🤣. anywah tidy rig mate cya next time

Did alignments for 10plus years pretty average shop if they don’t have shims there nothing special they should have boxes of them 🤣

Jake, that’s a pretty big assumption to make about a workshop and the quality of our work when you’ve never actually experienced our work. We’ve only been open for 6 months. Anyone who has owned or built a business from the ground up understands that carrying every shim, part and component for every make and model from day one takes a significant amount of time and money. Not having a particular shim sitting on the shelf certainly doesn’t mean we “don’t know how to fit them or what to do.” Liam contacted us at the last minute and we fitted him in to help him out. During the alignment we identified and explained that his front tyres were already camber worn. We also explained what we could do at that point to improve how the vehicle was driving until he is ready to replace the tyres and have the alignment addressed further. We pride ourselves on being thorough, transparent and honest with our customers. If something isn’t right or we believe further work is required, we tell them — we don’t just throw parts at a vehicle for the sake of it. You’re absolutely entitled to choose where you take your own vehicle, but suggesting we don’t know how to do our job based purely on a part not being on our shelf is unnecessary and, quite frankly, says nothing about the actual standard of our workmanship.

Glad ill be able to do the wheel alignment on my nav myself once its lifted, i work at a car and truck tyre shop

Also just as a friendly fyi different tyres change alignment as in 31s vs 33s etc even rotating can change alignment
