This is seriously one of the best appetizers I’ve ever made, and easy to throw together! 🤤 roasted tomato burrata dip with garlic bread crostinis!) 🍅🧄 Ripe bursted cherry tomatoes, stir in burrata, and scoop it all up with crispy garlic crostinis. A total flavor bomb… have the recipe ready, people WILL ask for it! 🛒You’ll Need: • cherry tomatoes • Olive oil • Salt, pepper, red pepper flakes • Garlic, parsley, oregano • Burrata • Fresh basil • Parmesan • French baguette • Butter, garlic, salt, parm (for garlic butter) 🧈 How to Make: 1. Add grape tomatoes to a baking dish and drizzle generously with olive oil (about halfway up). 2. Season with salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, garlic, parsley, and oregano. 3. Bake at 425°F for 20-30 mins until tomatoes burst (you can gently smash them halfway if they need some assistance in the ‘bursting’ process). 4. While that bakes, slice baguette, spread with garlic butter (butter, garlic, salt, parm), and toast 5–7 mins until golden. 5. Once you’re ready to serve, top with parm, fresh basil, and burrata. Stir it all together and serve HOT. Dip. Scoop. Repeat.
