🥟20年以上作り続けている我が家の肉まん 作ってみたいと思ったら「🥟」とコメントで教えてね☺️ 子ども達がいた頃は たくさん作ってもあっという間になくなっていた肉まん。 今は夫婦2人だけど この季節になると、やっぱり食べたくなる☺️ もっとおいしくしたくて いろいろ試してみたけど 結局、発酵生地がいちばん。 今回は冷蔵庫にあった蓮根を入れてみたら これが大正解♡ ふわふわの生地に 蓮根のシャキシャキ食感がたまりません。 あの頃の思い出と一緒に これからも作り続けたい 我が家の肉まんです🌿 【材料】 〈生地〉 ・薄力粉……150g ・強力粉……50g ・砂糖……大さじ2 ・塩……少々 ・ドライイースト……大さじ1/2 ・ベーキングパウダー……小さじ1 ・ラード……大さじ1 　※油でも◎ ・ぬるま湯……100ml 〈肉だね〉 ・豚ひき肉……200g ・蓮根……100g ・玉ねぎ……50g ・椎茸……2枚 ・醤油……大さじ1 ・酒……大さじ1 ・オイスターソース……大さじ1/2 ・砂糖……大さじ1/2 ・ごま油……大さじ1 ・おろし生姜……小さじ1 ・塩・胡椒……少々 ・片栗粉……大さじ1 【作り方】 ① 生地の材料をボウルに入れ、よくこねてひとまとめにする。 ② 丸めてボウルに入れ、ラップをして30分以上発酵させる。 ③ 玉ねぎと椎茸はみじん切り、蓮根は粗みじん切りにする。 ④ 肉だねの材料をすべて混ぜ合わせる。（白っぽくなるまでよく混ぜる） ⑤ 発酵した生地を分けて丸く伸ばし、肉だねを包む。 ⑥ 包んだ肉まんをクッキングシートにのせ、15分以上発酵させる。 ⑦ 蒸気の上がった蒸し器で15分蒸す。 ※蒸し器がない場合は、フライパンにクッキングシートを敷き、下にお湯を入れて蓋をし、弱火で15分蒸しても作れます。 ぜひ、作ってみてね🌿 #肉まん #手作り肉まん #蓮根レシピ #おうちごはん #家族の味
