tips are earned not automatically given. if I don't see you or I don't get refills. im not gonna snap my fingers and force u to do ur job. if the hostess is the one doing it all my absolutely no tip will be given especially if a dining fee is already automatic

Let’s be honest, it’s not about whether or not customers should tip you. The issue is that when you apply for a job, you’re applying to work for an employer. Your employer hires you to serve the customers, and in return, your employer is responsible for paying you for the work you do. So why is it the customer’s responsibility to tip in order to help you get paid? That’s not how employment is supposed to work. Customers shouldn’t be made to feel guilty or pressured because they choose not to tip. sometimes people have just enough money to go out, enjoy a meal, and have a moment of peace. They may have prayed just to be able to afford that meal because they needed a mental break—to feel special, enjoy themselves, and forget about their problems for a little while. You don’t know what someone is going through when they walk through your doors. Sometimes that meal is the only little bit of relief someone gets before they go back home to everything they’re dealing with. That’s the part you’re not considering. I will not go to this restaurant, period. Denied 😂😅😳😏
