@meg.beacon: The little things are becoming my favourite part of motherhood. The way he looks at me when I walk into the room. A sleepy cuddle that lasts a little longer than usual. A ridiculous little laugh. The tiny hand reaching for mine. The moments where we’re doing absolutely nothing and somehow I wish I could freeze time. There are so many big things I thought I’d be excited to experience as a mom. But nobody really tells you how much you’ll treasure the completely ordinary moments. The ones you almost miss because they don’t feel important at the time. I think those might be the moments I remember most. Not because they were extraordinary.
