@primateworldsafaris: 🚨 Lions in the canopy vs. Leopards in their element. 🦁🌳🐆 Ever wonder who really rules the trees? While they both look epic in the branches, these two big cats have completely different reasons for climbing • 🐆 The Leopard (The Athlete): Built with unmatched pound-for-pound strength. They haul carcasses twice their own weight vertically up tree trunks to hide them from thieves. • 🦁 The Lion (The Heavyweight): Weighing up to 450 lbs, climbing is a clumsy workout! They don't bring food up; they climb in groups to catch a cool breeze and escape biting tsetse flies on the ground. One climbs for survival, the other climbs for luxury. 👑✨ #NatureIsMetal #TreeClimbingLions #Leopard #queenelizabethnationalpark #WildlifeDrama #BigCatsOfAfrica #SavannahLife
