2026.10.06 - מסעדת במבו, קניון הזהב, ראשל''צ: העימות הגדול על הזכות שלי לתעד ולשתף את הציבור, בשירות שהם נותנים, השתוללו, צרחו, קיללו, רדפו אחרי ברחבי קניון הזהב כדי להפריע לי לאכול את האוכל עליו שילמתי, גם התקשרו למשטרה להעליל עלי פדופיליה, בסוף הגיעו 2 שוטרים סמויים ללא תגי זיהוי, שבעצמם לא מבינים בחוקים שהם אמורים לאכוף, ניסו להפחיד אותי, סרבו לומר את שמם, מספר האישי, השוטר עשה טובה שהראה לי תעודת שוטר, מבלי שאוכל לקרוא את שמו, עשה טובה שהסכים למסור מספר אירוע, ניסה לרמוס את הזכויות שלי בניגוד לפסיקת בגץ שמחייבת שוטרים לומר מהו החשד, כאשר דורשים תעודת זהות. חבל, בעבר זאת הייתה אחת מהמסעדות האהובות עלינו, התיישבתי בשולחן והפעלתי שידור חי בטיקטוק, כמו בהרבה מסעדות שאני אוהב, התנהגות כזאת בזיונית ותוקפנית כלפי לקוחות לא ראיתי באף מסעדה בעולם. --- October 6, 2026 – Bamboo Restaurant, HaZahav Mall, Rishon LeZion: A major confrontation arose regarding my right to document and share the service they provide with the public. They went wild, screaming, cursing, and chasing me through HaZahav Mall to prevent me from eating the meal I had paid for; they even called the police to falsely accuse me of pedophilia. Eventually, two plainclothes officers arrived—without identification badges—who themselves did not understand the laws they were supposed to enforce. They tried to intimidate me and refused to state their names or badge numbers; one officer begrudgingly flashed his police ID without letting me read his name and reluctantly provided an incident number. He attempted to trample on my rights, in violation of a High Court of Justice ruling that requires police officers to state the grounds for suspicion when demanding an ID card. It is a shame; this used to be one of our favorite restaurants. I had sat down at a table and started a live stream on TikTok, just as I do in many restaurants I enjoy. I have never seen such disgraceful and aggressive behavior toward customers in any restaurant anywhere in the world. #israel #food #אוכל #restaurant #שוטר #police @israelpolice
