Goodman is a Daikin brand so pretty reputable? Can't know for sure without seeing the tag info & hoses but could be a 3 ton multi head unit which is totally appropriate for a well insulated, single story.

That’s a side discharge inverter. Probably should have a voltage regulator installed but that’s an upgrade for most folks.

That’s a Goodman 16-19seer2 variable speed inverter heat pump side discharge system. Very efficient and very quiet. If anything, that system is too fancy for that house lol
