@girlwithsunglassesss: Literally the easiest week night meal when you need minimal ingredients & and something easy for leftovers! I did 2 lbs of penne pasta, two packs of bacon, 1 large pack of mushrooms, and two bundles of scallions! Cook bacon to the point where it’s half way or 3/4 way done then add mushrooms! Boil penne pasta with sauteeing! Add scallions last! 1 stick of butter, add all ingredients to pasta! Top with mozzarella cheese and throw into oven at 400 degrees until your cheese melts!
