When I was younger I waited an hour plus (don’t ask me why I waited) for the interviewer to show, and when they did I went through two stages of interviews, and decided it wasn’t for me. I accepted the position and ghosted them out of spite. I already had a different interview the same day, so I wasn’t too worried (I got the job at this place and stayed). The entire time it looked like they would rather be anywhere else, and were annoyed they had to do an interview.

I agree! Sooo many places forget they need to impress us too. I’m not impressed at the interviewer being 15 or 20 minutes late

I went on an interview where I was brought to a separate room with 6 other guys to fill out a paper with all questions my resume would answer while they played the movie the mummy in the background for 45 minutes until someone came in to repeat the same questions on the sheet as a group. A truly wild experience
