Damn… seeing this from professional DJs really makes me want to redirect my steps. But I no fold. I have a real passion for DJing, and honestly, becoming a DJ isn’t even the hardest part. What makes it difficult is not having the support we all need when we’re starting out..,from the people around us, from the fans, and from the system we’re trying to survive in. The fucked-up leaders in our country make things even harder. Nobody wants to see the hardship you go through on the way up, but everyone wants to enjoy with you when you finally make it into the light of success. Still, I believe everybody go make am. 🙏🏾❤️To every upcoming DJ, professional DJ, and dreamer out there..DON’T GIVE UP ON YOUR DREAM. Keep learning, keep practicing, keep creating, keep showing up. One day, the same people who didn’t see the struggle will see the success.

To be sincere, I no pray to become a DJ in my next life, and I no even pray for fame. You see this little fame wey I get now? E dey drain me in ways nobody fit understand. Everybody sees the lights, the recognition and the good moments, but nobody sees the pressure, the silent battles and how much this thing takes from me. Sometimes I just dey ask myself if all this fame is even worth the price I’m paying for it. I’m grateful for how far I’ve come, but honestly, nobody knows how draining this life is for me.
