i ran my FIRST 12 MILES TODAYYYYYY!!!! my first 3 miles were tough, and then i created a mini plan for myself .1 walk catch my breath .4 run and try to push myself for the rest of my 9 miles and it helped A LOTTTTT. you are killing it!!!
