Стакан риса, два стакана воды – и дуршлаг не понадобится! Рис возьмет всю воду, в конце можно добавить немного масла [Громкий смех]

wash your rice until the water runs clear. then add the correct amount of cold water to the pan, add the rice. bring to the boil, then reduce the heat as low as it will go. cover for 12 minutes. as soon as the timer is done, heat off, set another 10 minute timer. perfect fluffy rice every time
