ya because my i knew my brother was there before my parents kicked him out after an argument and now i just come home hoping he'll be there to ask me to hang out and that they let him stay again cause I miss the memories we had like when he went my football games when my parents didnt and he trained me to get stronger and better at football and he would play video games with me till 3 in the morning and I also had to delete my old Instagram cause kids in my school found and made fun of me but the reason I didnt want to was there was a video of me and him laughing and making jokes with each other and that will never happen again

В Жамбылском областном суде продолжается апелляционное рассмотрение уголовного дела предпринимателя Султана Махмадова. Прокуратура добивается отмены оправдательной части приговора и просит назначить ему 15 лет лишения свободы, а ещё трём фигурантам — по 10 лет. На очередном заседании адвокаты выступили с возражениями против позиции обвинения. Адвокат Алия Жаманбаева ходатайствовала о приобщении налоговых деклараций ТОО «Априори-Тараз». По данным защиты, за три года доход предприятия от реализации продукции превысил 1,2 млрд тенге. Адвокаты считают, что эти сведения необходимо учитывать при оценке предполагаемого экономического мотива. Слово предоставили и самому Султану Махмадову. Он заявил о несогласии с обвинениями и отметил, что производство биотоплива было для предприятия выгоднее изготовления этилового спирта с уплатой акцизов. Police had repeatedly visited Justine May’s home following welfare concerns raised by her ex and family. Justine claimed she was being harassed, that her family had been lied to, and that the constant visits were overwhelming. In the footage, she appeared frustrated, agitated, and completely fed up. According to reports, deputies had previously described the home as clean and the children as appearing healthy. A mental health crisis evaluation also ended without intervention. Eventually, authorities discontinued additional welfare checks. And that’s what makes this case so heartbreaking. 💔 On September 29, Justine’s two little girls, Emory and Harlow, were found dead. According to the arrest affidavit, Justine allegedly told investigators she’d been in a blur for two weeks and couldn’t remember when she’d last fed her daughters or given them something to drink. Her family had been raising concerns all along. Watching the footage, I can understand how officers might have believed her version of events. That doesn’t mean her claims were true.
