My immediate question when I read the statements is “Why did you go into the room after reading the message” I think saying “Oh I went to check on her” sounds convenient to me. Also, it’s been proven that hair testing for ketamine is tricky so just because it was absent doesn’t mean anything. That’s just my thoughts based on the statements.

Hair drug tests go back 4 years or more. I had hair drug tests when I had a CDL. They could have her do a hair test which would show if she did the drug or not.
