I have a question, you prioritize the work being done and done correctly Over the pick expected time that it should have taken to get that job done. in an hourly paying job, would you pay the worker who's getting the work done faster and correctly over the other employees that are doing the same amount of work. But taking longer.

My job, come in early, stay late, get no recognition and meet my goals or exceed them every day. They are going to be surprised in a week or so when my two weeks comes in because I’ve been offered 23k more than my current job, with better benefits. I’ve been listening to your stuff for a while now and most of what you say about why they are bad managers fits it to a T. I’ve been running two departments for almost a year. New guy, was doing the same and they got him help before me and he gets recognized for his hard work and I still haven’t despite leading my team to out do our 1st shift with less people.
