I could be mistaken on this but does it not say, if you are praying in tongues, there should be someone who can give an interpretation if in Church? I might have just heard that somewhere.

I almost didn't wanna hear this because I thought you were gonna say praying in tongues has no Biblical foundation😂😂😂. I do pray in tongues almost any other day, and I have been so grateful for this gift, because most of the times, I don't know what to pray for, or how to even pray in the right manner. I've had really blessed moments with it and have experienced alot of spiritual interventions with praying in Tongues; it's amazing. Thank you, and GOD bless.

I know I touched on a lot, but there’s 1 point I’d really like someone who disagrees to address- To those who say Romans 8:26 is speaking about a private prayer language, commonly referred to today as glossolalia, I have a question: Why does Paul say that when the Spirit intercedes, He does so with “groanings too deep for words”? The Greek here doesn’t describe unintelligible or mysterious words. It describes groanings that are unexpressed in words, literally without words. So how can this be referring to the unintelligible language spoken by hyper-charismatics when Paul is clearly describing something that isn’t expressed in words at all?

Again Paul never “rejects” praying in spirit. He says it must be done with the mind also. Now Mike, give me a practical difference between praying in the spirit and praying with the mind.
