Sadly, those are just the cases reported. a lot of victims dont report the crime because we already know nothing will happen and we will be dragged through the mud.

I was SA while in college and the person lived in the same student apartment complex as me. They let him stay there till he was found guilty. The school investigation had long been over by then and the school said I was partially liable because I decided to go over to his apartment that night even though I was there to tutor him. We had classes together and I had to just be around him and not have a life until he transferred.
