question should be raised from tommorow if once cutting ribbon and the bus doesnt pick up students from tommorow morning from far away , the main purpose of the bus is to pick up students from far away from school , if the new bus was comming infew months and if the company have organised their old fleet brand them to school and let the school to run it till they bring the new one they would have had their insurance , so , , the guy asking the question is losing the narrative , if u want to ask ask for the agreenment between school and the bus provider .. !! otherwise you are stoping the little kids walking hours in foot to scool , if if really think its illegal you can go and report to authorities just because you and i didnt had any school bus to school if someone is offering it from tommorow let it be it still save time of some parents and kids from hard working farmers and workers in the village , ..the leader is wrong in showing off cutting ribbon but this guy is over the limit in creating issue and hitting in little feets of school children ,
