As a POTS girly, go see a gastro doctor!! I was passing out specifically after a heavy carb meal. My numbers on bloodwork resembled someone with type 2 diabetes (I am underweight, workout, eat good) turns out I had chronic E. coli that only a gastro doctor could find. My POTS was feeding it further and further. A 3 day pill fixed 10 months worth of sickness and weight loss

I have major reactions to food, one day I can eat something next day eat the same thing and get so so sick. Sometimes it last for a week where I can’t hold food down long. My weight is all over the place. I’m 60, I go between 130- 140. I drink 7 brews or Starbucks to keep weight on. I’m so so tired of people thinking I just don’t eat. People need to stop commenting on it

Awe Kylie I’m sorry you are always feeling yucky! My son has POTS and he’s exactly like this too! We’re trying so hard to help him gain a little but the nausea, and heart rate makes it so hard!

as someone with a laundry list of health issues and a ghost pepper spicy brain and someone who weighed 276lbs at one point in my life but now cant keep weight on or gain weight to save my dang life ugh. its super annoying to have ppl assume and throw allegations around when they dont know ish obviously.. I live on zofran n still puke multiple days a week I eat what my body lets me but still its a struggle daily.. I geel for ya girl & it still blows my mind how ppl act on these interwebs just bc they r behind a screen ugh.. ur spin what u can while learning what's works n dorsmt work for you. the summer is haaard for us girlies who have chronic illnesses & im dreading the winter bc ooo it hurts so bad

POTS, Endometriosis, PCOS, hypoglycemia & tachycardia had me in a chokehold. I hate they are attacking your weight. Foods & life can cause stress & serious flare ups. I’m always nauseated. Also, my dr had me on a low micro dose of glp-1 that helps me control the inflammation which helps control everything. It obviously has helped me lose weight but when you have chronic health issues I’m learning I owe no one an explanation, I’m a chronic people pleaser. 😅 I hope you feel better!
