If y'all wondering what happened to MV Princess of the Star here's the info MV Princess of the Star was capsized during the Typhoon Fengshen (known as Typhoon Frank/Bagyo Frank in Tagalog) in June 21, 2008. The Typhoon Frank redirected the path heading on Romblon and trapping the Princess of the Star directly at the eye of the storm, since I mentioned the "capsized" which means this ship sank battered by gigantic waves and powerful winds forcing the MV Princess of the Star to tilt until it's rolled over at upside-down position at Sibuyan Island and it was enough to level the 23,824 kg of big ferry ship itself. There were 56 remaining survivors survived the rolling over big ferry ship. Investigators confirmed that there was a human error; The Board of Marine Inquiry that was connected to Captain Florencio Marimon that he commited a error in judgement by failing to avoid the storm's path which led to his grave mistake killing the 814 people on-board including the crew members

We once boarded this ship from Cebu to Manila way back 2001. So when it sank 2008, my grandma was shocked as it was apparently one of the biggest ship which sailed from Cebu to Manila and vice versa. And she was able to board on it twice ( my family are originally from Cebu ).
