Love, I was doing gauze...the soft ones. put the flare cream on it then place it on the flare. God has given us natural tape (our folds) so no tape needed. If you can put it on and lay down for 15mins so the creams have time to sit on it...then get dressed. I KNOW that ultimately nothing works but just giving suggestions about what helps me to calm things during a flare.

Currently have a small one on the crease where panties naturally rest😭😭hopefully it just shrinks without draining the ones in that specific spot just disappear after a week stress makes me flare like crazy currently stressed and been going off of 3 hours of sleep
