@mandy248224: This guy is scamming people! And it sucks because we’re getting into the holiday season. These people will be out that money. This might affect their Christmas or holidays! Especially with people being desperate and moving and what not and looking for a deal. I know 900+ utilities for three bed two bath like most people would question that but there are people that don’t know any better! This might be their first time renting. They might not think to research the market. They might not think to look the address up in Google to see if it’s listing anywhere else. Always always do the extra research when you are going through a site like TikTok. To make sure that the listening is legitimate. Personally I would never go on TikTok to look for a place to rent or buy myself. I would go through an actual reputable site. But that’s just me. But like I said people don’t know any better sometimes. We need to look out for each other. If we can get one of these guys off of here. I know it’s not gonna stop him from creating another account, but we can make it difficult! And I can see what people on TikTok can do! So please, if you could help my sister and her boyfriend out and these other poor people that are victims with these other listings he’s using. I would greatly appreciate you guys going in or reporting this account and reporting each video if you can. I know I said not to watch the videos, but if you wanna report each video, that’s cool too.
