Get a plastic tray with a pour/funnel spout and zero it out on your scale and just dump it in

Watching this immediately had me thinking of a way to speed this whole process up 😂 Hear me out: make a reusable “dragging sinker speed-loader.”
Use a 10–12” rigid plastic tube just small enough to slide inside the hollow braid. Put a small funnel/hopper on one end and mark the tube for different sinker lengths/weights—3 oz, 4 oz, 5 oz, etc.
Then have a thin push rod/plunger that fits inside the tube. Slide the empty tube into the braid, pour your pre-measured shot through the funnel, then slowly pull the tube back out while keeping light pressure on the plunger. The tube comes out while the plunger keeps the shot exactly where you want it inside the braid instead of letting it bunch up or come back out with the tube.
Make the loading end slightly tapered/rounded so it slides into the braid without snagging, and add an adjustable stop collar so every one comes out the same length. Insert → fill → plunger → pull → close the end. Done.
Basically a reusable catfish dragging-sinker speed-loader 😂 Somebody build this damn thing and tell me if it works.
