Altered is is most cases somebody that tried to re-ink small white dots. shows up veey easy under the xray scanner they use 👍🏻 You wont see it with the naked eye.

I’ll use ANYONE but @PSA BECAUSE ABSOFUCKINGLUTELY NOT. AI grading is the way. It’s unbiased and doesn’t grade how it “feels that day”. You send to PSA and your card could be lowered because you have the same name as the graders EX. It’s all subjective. @TAG IS THE WAY
