The only real resolution for these types of things is to make it as difficult for them to escape consequences for doing these things, companies will only care if it costs them and they would check these types of actions if they get sued

It’s about having some self respect and self worth, we’re not blaming you but after they made a mockery of you, why would you still go and read the article and email them, even after they didn’t respond you still went back.
