lol i have sleep paralysis so when i start to fall asleep in stage n1 ill be like physically sleep but my mind is still awake and i be having to like jerk myself awake or the best way to explain it would be my soul trying to jerk out of my body to wake it up. its so weird, its like the falling feeling except i have to make it happen in order not to fully fall asleep
