@iszty88: Lai Sanyang (Chinese: 赖三羊) (c. 1955 – 9 March 1978) was a People’s Liberation Army Navy water-weapons specialist who deliberately sabotaged the destroyer 160 at Máxī Naval Base in Zhanjiang, Guangdong, China, on 9 March 1978. After being removed from his cadre position and ordered to return to his home region following disciplinary action related to the suicide of a woman with whom he had previously been involved, he retained access to the ship’s weapons storage. He sabotaged the depth-charge compartment, causing a major explosion at approximately 20:40. The destroyer sank at approximately 22:55, killing 133 people and injuring 28.
