So if you’re saying that you know that can happen then why are you making a comment in the beginning of it saying that they shouldn’t be going out to eat if they don’t have money on the card? you contradict yourself.. and I mean yes a tip is always nice but personally, I took based on service and I’m not saying that you didn’t, but maybe in their opinion you were up to top-tier or something I don’t know. All I know is at the end of the day, I’m sure you’re getting paid hourly so that one table that didn’t tip you is really not that big of a deal… You get hourly plus whatever you get in tips. tips are just bonus. I’m not trying to be rude or anything. I’m just saying that people are allowed to go out and eat even if they are struggling and maybe he didn’t wanna let on that he is in real financial struggle and he probably realized that after you tried so many different cards, and probably was embarrassed that he had barely enough money to pay for his meal. Let alone worrying about a tip… I understand people should know ahead of time that they have the finances to go out to eat, but maybe he was under the impression. He had the money and then went there and realize that he didn’t and he didn’t want to speak up and admit it because it was embarrassing so just try to be more kinder. I haven’t looked at you like that the whole time I’ve been following you, but that just really painted a perspective of how you look at people that are struggling when you’re supposedly struggling bad yourself…

I think everyone is having to use their Credit Cards just to Survive this Economy But…Not tipping you is Horrible!!! The other folks could/should have left the Tip. I know that I do if someone else Pays for My Meal. 😡

Felt this! I just started as a lane server at a bowling alley & starting to realize how much people don’t tip. Had two bills over $100 yesterday with no tip 😭 & my service was excellent

I remember having a group of 50 people and one man paid the bill and stood up and told the group that the bill was paid and to make sure that they tipped the waitress before they left! $2 was the tip

If you live in the US you already know about the low wage for servers at restaurants and they count on tips to make their shifts worth it. Just tip! Period. Do I agree and feel the employer should pay a decent hourly wage…-absolutely. But damn leave a tip. Something!

It’s so frustrating to me that the restaurant industry hasn’t changed to where they pay servers/staff a fair wage. This whole situation could’ve been prevented if servers were paid what they deserve and didn’t have to guess what they are going to make every shift. Nobody should have to work and still wonder what they’ll make.
