I was hit by a drunk driver when I was 7 months pregnant. He was doing 60mph and I was sitting at a red light. My dad was 74 at the time and he didn’t drive so he had no car. I called my dad before I called the cops and my dad RAN to me 🥹🥹 I cry to this day about it he’s my superhero ♥️

why are DUIs not automatically prison time. Wym someone selfishly got intoxicated, decided to drive knowing they shouldnt, and then hit someone potentially killing them and they still have their license. What?!?

Our daughter was hit by a 3rd offense drunk drive when she was 22! It’s been almost 16yrs and we have taken care of her at home all these years. She does not walk or talk. She has anoxic brain injury! He’s out of prison already after 5yrs. Please don’t drink and drive!!!

my 17 year old son called me to tell me he rolled his truck a few times but was ok. I was panicking. it was like 9pm. i was in the middle of cooking dinner. in my pjs. no bra. barely remembered to put shoes on and turn the stove off and get there. he wasnt wearing his seat belt even though I have preached it since the beginning. hes lucky he wasnt thrown and killed 😫 i grabbed him and hugged him and cried from relief

My son was hit drunk driver this Oct is already one year, car is totalled but him and his friends are alive and doing much better, he does get PTSD from it, the drunk driver fled the scene and was later caught by RCMP. Thank god for my sons life everyday [Red heart]

An elderly lady turned at an intersection and hit my then 20 year old son head on. He suffered a broken femur, tibia, fibula, foot, arm, a TBI, and had a strokes while in surgery. After a 9 day coma, 7 weeks in Shepherd Center, and 2 years of intensive physical therapy he's about 90 percent healed. God is good.

My daughter was 19, her ex hit a culvert at 90, left her in the ditch, stole a car, went home and went to bed. She died in the first responders arms. The other 2 boys died on impact. I was 900 miles away, I’ll never forget that call. Rip Kaydence, Geno, Collin.

Drunk drivers should permanently lose their license and if they kill someone should lose their freedom permanently. Automatic life sentence. This...coming from someone who knows 5 people who have been killed by drunks. Im glad your son is okay.
